Classic Shacha Sauce
(潮汕沙茶酱)

Flavor: Savory, nutty, aromatic with mild spice
Perfect for: Hand-cut beef, meatballs, vegetables

1 tbsp Shacha (Chinese BBQ) sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
½ tsp sesame oil
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
Optional: chili oil for heat
Garlic Sesame Soy Dip
(蒜蓉香油酱)

Flavor: Fragrant, salty-sour, light and fresh
Perfect for: Lean meats, tofu, mushrooms

2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp chopped scallions
Korean Spicy BBQ Sauce (韩式辣烤酱)

Flavor: Sweet, spicy, rich and bold
Perfect for: Grilled meats, short ribs, belly cuts

1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 tsp soy sauce
½ tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp grated garlic
½ tsp toasted sesame seeds
Peanut & Vinegar Fusion Dip (花生醋酱)

Flavor: Creamy, tangy, with a touch of sweetness
Perfect for: Hotpot beef slices, noodles, dumplings

1 tbsp peanut sauce or peanut butter
1 tsp Chinkiang black vinegar
½ tsp soy sauce
1 tsp warm water (to thin)
A pinch of sugar
Optional: chopped chili for spice
